Lusevo Home INC (“Lusevo”) provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from Lusevo.

This warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and exclusions described below.

1. Warranty Period

This warranty lasts for two years from the date the product is delivered.

No separate warranty registration is required. Your Lusevo order number or other proof of purchase is sufficient.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail structurally or functionally during normal use for its intended purpose.

Covered problems may include:

  • Structural or functional failure caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Defective parts, hardware, or supplied components
  • Another verified manufacturing or workmanship defect

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or gradual cosmetic changes
  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions that do not affect normal use
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, improper care, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
  • Damage caused during relocation, storage, or handling by someone other than Lusevo or its delivery provider

Damage, missing parts, or an incorrect product identified at delivery will also be handled promptly under our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the affected area

Please do not return the product before receiving instructions from our support team.

5. Our Responsibility

We handle valid warranty claims fairly and directly. If the problem is our responsibility, we accept that responsibility.

After confirming a covered defect, Lusevo will provide an appropriate solution at no cost to the customer, which may include:

  • Sending replacement parts
  • Arranging a reasonable repair
  • Replacing the affected product
  • Providing an appropriate refund when repair or replacement is not reasonable

Lusevo will cover reasonable shipping or collection costs required to complete an approved warranty solution. We do not charge restocking, claim-processing, or handling fees for a valid covered claim.

6. Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law. It does not exclude or reduce any right that cannot legally be waived.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
