Certain eligible products purchased directly from Lusevo are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures stated in that policy.

Except for warranties expressly provided by Lusevo and rights that arise under applicable law, the website, digital features, and other Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lusevo Home INC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranty obligations, consumer remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
